Sophie has been a lawyer for nearly 25 years experience practicing tax law. Sophie works with corporate and high-net-worth individual, advising them on both private and professional issues in a domestic and international context. She has developed expertise in the areas of high level executive and high level professional compensation, the structuring of global shareholding plans and management packages in the context of private equity transactions. She regularly provides tax advice to international clients regarding their mobility and investments, and handles matters involving partnerships, trusts, foundations, endowment funds, and estate planning issues. She also assists her clients in pre-litigation and litigation matters related to tax and social security law.
